Matelec FPC-12588 Macerator Pump Controller with Reversible Motor Function for Blockage Clearance

The Matelec FPC-12588 Macerator Pump Controller is purpose-built for the sewage industry, providing intelligent control and protection for grinder and macerator pumps. Using current-sensing technology, the controller continuously monitors motor load to detect obstructions. If a blockage is identified, the system automatically reverses the pump for a set period in an attempt to clear the obstruction before resuming forward operation.

If the blockage remains, the controller triggers a jammed macerator alarm for prompt operator intervention. Designed for reliability in demanding wastewater environments, the unit includes contactor and overload protection, as well as local or remote control options. The rugged IP54-rated powder-coated mild steel enclosure with an inner door ensures durability and weather resistance.
