The Matelec FPC-12659 Standard Under Sink/Sullage Alarm with Valve Shut-Off is a compact, reliable solution for preventing overflow and water damage in under-sink sullage tanks. Designed to detect high water levels—often caused by pump failure—the controller automatically pulses the mains water valve closed and activates both audible and visual alarms, stopping further inflow and alerting users to take action.

For added safety, the valve will also close automatically if power to the controller is switched off, ensuring protection in all situations. The included magnetic finger float can be installed from the outside of the tank, making installation quick and convenient without opening the vessel.

Housed in a durable IP54-rated polycarbonate enclosure with pre-wired connections, the FPC-12659 is supplied as a complete plug-and-play kit with a 20 mm pulse latching solenoid valve and 10 m float switch—ideal for kitchens, commercial food preparation areas, and wastewater management systems.
