Tsurumi C Series Submersible Wastewater Cutter Pump with Vane Impeller - Three Phase 

The C series is a submersible cutter pump for sewage and wastewater, which is made of casting and equipped with cutting mechanism. Featuring a combination of impeller vane with brazed sintered tungsten carbide alloy edge and a suction cover of serrated shape, the C series pumps enable smooth pumping, while cutting solid and fibrous matter during suction. The impeller and suction cover of the “CR” type are made of high-chromium cast iron, ensuring excellent durability and enabling the pump to maintain high performance for an extended period.

The innovative cutter pump mechanism features a unique combination of impeller vanes with single or two brazed sintered tungsten carbide alloy edge, paired with a serrated suction cover. The strategically designed grooves on the front surface of the suction cover effectively capture and shred fibrous matter, thanks to the robust tungsten carbide alloy edges and saw teeth. This advanced mechanism effectively prevents clogging and ensures the smooth operation of the pump, even when dealing with fibrous materials that can easily clog other pumps.
