Tsurumi KRSU822 Submersible Cast Iron Pump Used for Temporarily Bypassing Drainge - Three Phase

DOWNLOAD PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

The KRSU822 pump of submersible three-phase cast iron heavy-duty pump is designed and built specifically for temporarily bypassing drainage in sewer construction work. With a maximum head of 26.5 m, maximum capacity of 5.7 m3/min, and space-saving design of 546 mm in diameter, this pump plays an active role in drainage in the deep confined space of a manhole.

Also, with its semi-vortex structure, this pump provides a large solids passage of 56 mm in diameter, which prevents any clogging ofsolids matter. The top discharge, side flow design assures efficient motor cooling even when operating with the motor exposed to air.

FEATURES

  • High-Volume PerformanceWith a discharge bore of 250 mm and a motor output of 22 kW, the KRSU822 delivers exceptional flow rates—perfect for large-scale bypass and drainage operations.
  • Compact, Submersible DesignUnlike traditional engine-driven pumps, the KRSU822 requires less space and eliminates the need for priming—ideal for narrow or underground sites.
  • Field-Proven DurabilityConstructed with heavy-duty materials and designed to handle sediment-laden water and wastewater with minimal wear.
  • Advanced Tsurumi Technologies
  • Anti-wicking Cable Entry prevents water ingress into the motor.
  • Dual Mechanical Seals with durable silicon carbide faces
  • Oil Lifter System ensures reliable lubrication for longer life
  • Thermal Motor Protection to guard against overheating

APPLICATIONS

  • Sewer bypass during pipe repair or renewal
  • Emergency flood response and drainage
  • Civil engineering and infrastructure projects
  • Temporary drainage in stormwater systems
  • High-flow, sediment-heavy dewatering jobs
