EMEC PRISMA 20 05 Stepper Motor Intelligent Digital Dosing Pump (5LPH/20BAR)

The EMEC PRISMA 20 05 is a high-performance, intelligent dosing pump featuring advanced digital stepper motor control, extreme precision, and ultra-wide turndown — delivering up to 5 litres per hour at 20 BAR with seamless flow control across a 4800:1 turndown ratio.

Unlike traditional solenoid pumps that pulse chemically in bursts, the Prisma series uses micro-stepper motor technology to ensure continuous, ripple-free chemical feed even at ultra-low flow rates. This makes it ideal for critical dosing applications in water treatment, process control, food and beverage, industrial dosing, and polymer injection.

The PRISMA 20 05 comes with a chemically resistant PVDF pump head, Viton seals, and ceramic check valves (FP configuration), making it highly compatible with oxidising agents, acids, and disinfectants such as sodium hypochlorite or sulphuric acid. A solid PTFE diaphragm and reinforced check valve design ensure reliable dosing performance, long service life, and compatibility with fluids up to 100 cps (600 cps with SS balls, or 8000 cps in LPV versions).

A bright multi-colour LCD display offers live feedback on pump status (normal, warning, alarm), while an intuitive interface allows full programming of modes including:

• Water meter-based make-up dosing

The unit also includes a float-level input (foot valve included) to halt dosing when chemical supply is low, alarm relay output, and optional MODBUS RTU communication for integration with building or process control systems.

Designed for flexible installation, the PRISMA series can be wall-mounted or used with an optional foot or side bracket. IP65 protection makes it suitable for industrial, washdown, and outdoor installations.
