The EMEC VCO 15 02 PP ES SS is a high-pressure, solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump engineered for precision chemical injection in compact water treatment, process dosing, and industrial systems. With a maximum output of 2 litres per hour at 15 BAR, this model is ideal for applications that demand accuracy at elevated pressures, such as reverse osmosis post-treatment, CIP chemical injection, and disinfection systems with long pipe runs or backpressure.

Part of EMEC’s robust VCO series, this model uses a fixed stroke length with manually adjustable stroke frequency from 0–100%. It also includes a divider mode that reduces stroke frequency by a factor of 10 for extremely low-dose applications. An LED status indicator provides immediate visual feedback on pump status and operation mode.

The liquid end is built from durable and chemically resistant materials: a polypropylene (PP) pump head, EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) seals, and stainless steel check valve balls, offering strong compatibility with alkaline solutions, diluted acids, cleaning chemicals, and a wide range of non-oxidising fluids. A solid PTFE diaphragm provides reliable long-term performance with minimal maintenance.

This dosing pump comes with a complete installation kit, including a ceramic-ball foot valve, injection valve, suction and discharge tubing, and mounting accessories. Its IP65-rated enclosure makes it suitable for wet environments, plant rooms, and outdoors under protective cover.
