Kelco P20 Series 20mm PVC Corrosion Resistant Inline Flow Switch

The P20 In line Flow Switch is a simple and reliable flow switch that can detect the flow of liquids or gases in tubes and small diameter pipes.

The Kelco P20 Series Inline Flow Switch is a compact, highly reliable device for detecting the flow of liquids or gases in small-diameter pipes and tubing. Constructed entirely from glass-reinforced polypropylene with nitrile seals and no metal wetted parts, it is ideal for aggressive liquids such as seawater, groundwater, acids, and chemical solutions.

The P20 can detect both continuous and pulsed flows, making it suitable for water treatment, irrigation, industrial process control, chemical dosing, and pump protection. It is supplied with 20mm PVC spigots and unions for easy installation and includes three interchangeable pistons to allow selection of high, low, or intermediate switching thresholds.

Available with a choice of electrical modules — P20-B (SPST reed switch), P20-C (SPDT reed switch), or P20-R (SPST solid-state relay) — the P20 offers flexibility for PLC signalling, low-voltage control circuits, or direct AC motor control. Its magnetically actuated piston ensures long-term, corrosion-proof performance with minimal head loss and an IP67 weatherproof housing for dependable operation in all mounting orientations.
