Caprari Sand-Out System The new wear ring system ensures long life and reliable operation even when the pumped fluid contains large amounts of sand and solids. It also provides a reliable starting surge, thereby avoiding maintenance costs due to faulty operation.

Submersible motor Asynchronous with short-circuited squirrel-cage rotor, shaft and flanging connecting spigot in compliance with NEMA standards, 2 poles, three-phase up to 7,5 kW, single-phase with permanently switched-in capacitor up to 2,2 kW; stator featuring easy removal for rewinding purposes and totally prefilled in the factory with a dielectric/non-toxic oil meeting the requirements prescribed by Farmacopea Italiana prescriptions and approved by the Food and Drug Administration (USA). Oil leak by way of the shaft is prevented by a double seal protected by a silt excluder. There is a pressure-equalizing diaphragm which balances the internal/external pressures and accommodates variations in oil volume caused by heat build-up during operation.
