The DAB MP Series is a rugged, heavy-duty self-priming pressure pump designed for demanding water transfer applications, particularly where high pressure and reliable suction lift are essential. Constructed from durable GJL 200 cast iron and featuring twin impellers, these pumps are built to perform in tough environments — from domestic water supply to irrigation and washdown duties.

Fitted with an adjustable pressure switch and pressure gauge, the DAB MP series offers automatic start/stop functionality, making it ideal for medium to large homes, rural properties, farms, and commercial installations. Thanks to its jet-assisted twin-stage design, the MP series provides excellent suction capacity up to 8 metres, even in the presence of air bubbles or low levels of sediment.

Note: A pressure tank (minimum 35L) is required for optimal performance and to prevent excessive cycling (sold separately).

INSTALLATION TIPS

• Install the pump as close as possible to the water source
• Use clean, scale-free pipework (plastic or galvanized steel)
• Suction pipe should slope upward from water source to pump
• Always install with a pressure tank (min. 35L recommended) to reduce cycling
