The Dositec Dostec 40 Agriculture Piston Dosing Pump is a robust, high-precision solution tailored for fertiliser injection in agricultural and horticultural systems. Designed to handle flow rates between 200 and 300 litres per hour, this pump features a micrometric flow regulator with a safety lock and a variable frequency drive (VFD), giving users full control over dosing accuracy while preventing accidental adjustment.
With interchangeable piston or diaphragm heads and chemical-resistant construction, the Dostec 40 is ideal for dosing acids, bases, salts, and organic compounds in a wide range of applications—including greenhouses, broadacre crops, landscaping systems, golf courses, and nurseries.
This model incorporates a flexible drive system allowing flow modulation between 10% and 120%, optimizing input use and improving overall efficiency. A safety-sealed dosing head, separated from the motor by an FPM bellows, ensures operational integrity, leak prevention, and long service life—even under aggressive chemical conditions.
Dostec 40 are ideal compact pumps for fertilizer dosing suitable for crops, greenhouses, horticulture, ornamental plants, landscaping and golf courses.
- Configuration: Available in diaphragm and piston versions, with head options in PP, PVDF and INOX.
- Flow rates: from 2.5 to 600 l/h for piston and 5 to 300 l/h for diaphragm. The Dostec 40 offers versatility in dosing ranges and chemicals.
