The EMEC VCO 03 10 PP ES SS is a solenoid-driven diaphragm dosing pump designed for precise low-pressure chemical injection in water treatment, cleaning systems, and industrial fluid handling. With a maximum flow rate of 10 litres per hour at 3 BAR, this model is ideal for higher volume dosing applications that require excellent chemical resistance, simplicity, and affordability.

As part of EMEC’s VCO fixed-stroke series, this pump operates with a constant stroke length and adjustable stroke frequency (0–100%), providing reliable flow control via the front-mounted dial. For finer dose control at low outputs, a built-in 10:1 divider mode can be activated to reduce stroke frequency. An integrated LED status light gives instant feedback on power, operating mode, and divider mode activity.

Built with a polypropylene (PP) pump head, EPDM elastomer seals, and stainless steel (SS) check valve balls, this model offers strong chemical compatibility with alkaline solutions, diluted acids, cleaning agents, and neutral pH process fluids. The solid PTFE diaphragm delivers dependable long-term performance with minimal service requirements.

The pump includes a complete installation kit and comes ready to install on the wall, making it a plug-and-play solution for water treatment, tank dosing, or CIP systems. The IP65-rated housing ensures protection against dust and splashes in pump rooms, plant environments, and outdoor installations with cover.
