The DrivE-Tech MINI Solar MP controller converts power from a separately supplied solar array into a controlled electrical supply for the submersible motor. Maximum Power Point Tracking helps optimise the use of available solar energy, while variable-speed operation allows pumping output to adjust as sunlight changes throughout the day. Integrated voltage boost, built-in diagnostics and motor protection functions support solar pumping operation, with the supplied flow switch and 32mm stainless steel manifold providing the components for flow monitoring within a correctly installed and configured system.

Supplied with a 304 stainless steel pump and motor, splice kit and pole mounting bracket, the 100DTMSP-1.1 provides a practical package for new solar bore installations or compatible replacement systems. The -PM suffix identifies the pole mounting bracket for the controller assembly, distinguishing this kit from the ground-mount configuration. Solar panels and the solar array frame are not included and must be selected separately to suit the controller’s electrical requirements, site conditions and desired pumping performance.

SELECTION AND INSTALLATION INFORMATION

• Solar array required: Solar panels and the solar array frame are excluded. Select a compatible array to meet the controller’s electrical requirements and required pumping duty.
• Post-mount configuration: The supplied bracket supports the controller assembly on a suitable pole. It is separate from the solar panel mounting frame.
• Flow designation: The 100 L/min figure identifies the pump’s nominal flow range; it is not its maximum flow.
• Performance: Actual delivery depends on available solar power, pumping water level, delivery elevation and pipework friction losses.
• Pipework connections: The pump has a 2" BSPP outlet, while the supplied manifold is 32mm. Select suitable connecting fittings and pipework for the installation.
• System sizing: Confirm the required daily water volume and total dynamic head before selecting the pump and solar array.
• Installation accessories: Select the required submersible cable, rising main, fittings and level controls separately.
• Backup power: Confirm any mains or generator backup requirements when ordering. AC changeover equipment is not included in the confirmed kit contents.
