Utilising Grundfos SMART Digital Dosing technology, the DDE 15-4 B features an internal stepper motor drive that maintains full stroke length across the entire adjustment range. This ensures stable dosing accuracy, reliable priming, and smooth chemical delivery—even when handling degassing liquids. Flow output is manually adjustable from 0.1–100% via a logarithmic control dial, providing straightforward, repeatable control without the need for external signals or automation.

The pump is fitted with a PVC dosing head, ceramic double ball valves, and a full-PTFE diaphragm, offering excellent chemical resistance and long service life when dosing common water treatment and conditioning chemicals. An integrated deaeration valve simplifies commissioning, while the high suction lift capability allows flexible installation above chemical tanks.

Built for demanding environments, the DDE 15-4 B features an IP65 / Type 4X enclosure, low power consumption, and a universal 100–240V power supply with Australian plug fitted as standard.
