The Grundfos DDE 6-10 B Digital Diaphragm Dosing Pump is a compact, highly accurate dosing solution designed for reliable chemical injection in water treatment, irrigation, industrial process water, and general dosing applications. Part of the Grundfos SMART Digital Dosing range, the DDE series uses an internal stepper motor drive to deliver precise, repeatable dosing across a wide turndown range while maintaining consistent stroke length for maximum accuracy.

This model features manual speed control, allowing flow adjustment from 0.1–100% via a clear logarithmic control dial. With a maximum dosing capacity of 6 litres per hour at up to 10 bar, the DDE 6-10 B is ideal for low-to-medium flow dosing where simplicity, reliability, and efficiency are essential.

The PVC dosing head, ceramic valve balls, and PTFE seals provide excellent chemical resistance for common treatment chemicals, while the full-PTFE diaphragm ensures long service life and dependable operation. An integrated deaeration valve simplifies commissioning, and the pump’s ability to operate at full stroke length ensures stable priming and accurate dosing—even with degassing liquids.

Designed for real-world installations, the DDE 6-10 B includes a click-stop mounting plate for flexible installation, an IP65 enclosure for harsh environments, and a wide power supply range (100–240V) with an Australian plug fitted as standard.
