Grundfos PVDF Injection Valve for Chemical Dosing Pumps (60LPH/16BAR)

The Grundfos PVDF Injection Valve is designed for precise and reliable chemical injection into pressurised pipework, offering enhanced chemical resistance for demanding dosing applications. Installed at the injection point, it connects the dosing pump discharge line to the process line while preventing backflow and protecting the dosing system.

Rated for dosing capacities up to 60 L/h and operating pressures up to 16 bar, this injection valve features a spring-loaded non-return valve that maintains a minimum counterpressure of approximately 0.7–0.8 bar. This ensures stable dosing performance and prevents process liquid from flowing back into the dosing line, safeguarding the dosing pump.

Manufactured with a PVDF housing, ceramic valve ball, and PTFE gasket, the valve provides excellent resistance to aggressive chemicals commonly used in water treatment, industrial processing, and chemical dosing systems. The injection pipe can be shortened on site, allowing flexibility to suit a wide range of pipe sizes and installation requirements.
