The Grundfos SLV100.100 is a heavy-duty submersible wastewater pump built to handle demanding sewage and sludge applications with ease. Featuring a powerful SuperVortex impeller, this pump ensures reliable passage of solids and fibrous waste, making it ideal for municipal wastewater networks, commercial pumping stations and industrial drainage pits.

Efficient Solids Handling:
Equipped with a SuperVortex impeller, the SLV100.100 provides a completely free passage of solids up to 100 mm, minimising the risk of clogging and ensuring smooth, uninterrupted flow of high-volume sewage and sludge. With a maximum flow rate of 2160 LPM, it easily manages large wastewater loads.

Rugged Construction:
The pump housing and impeller are made from robust cast iron for long-lasting resistance to abrasion and corrosion in aggressive wastewater conditions. The motor casing is constructed from EN-GJL-250 cast iron for superior durability. A hardened SIC/SIC shaft seal provides excellent sealing performance, supported by a moisture sensor for extra protection and reliability.

Flexible Installation:
Designed for submerged operation up to 20 m depth, the SLV100.100 features standardised DIN flanges for both inlet and outlet connections (DN 100) with a PN 10 pressure rating. It can be mounted on an auto-coupling guide rail system or installed free-standing in pits or tanks.

Reliable Performance:
Rated for continuous duty in ambient temperatures from 0 °C to 40 °C, the SLV100.100 handles wastewater at pressures up to 6 bar. An IP68 enclosure class and insulation class H provide robust electrical protection and safe submerged operation. A 10 m mains cable is supplied as standard.

Optional Control:
While a control box is not included, it can be added for full monitoring and protection. The integrated moisture sensors provide early warning of seal leakage, supporting proactive maintenance and system uptime.
