The Grundfos SLV80.80 is a rugged submersible wastewater pump engineered for reliable, clog-resistant performance in demanding sewage and sludge-handling applications. Featuring a robust SuperVortex impeller, the SLV80.80 efficiently handles large solids and fibrous materials — making it a proven solution for municipal sewer networks, commercial lift stations, and industrial wastewater pits.

Efficient Solids Handling:
With a free solids passage of up to 80 mm, the SuperVortex impeller minimises clogging by allowing larger particles and fibrous waste to flow freely through the pump. A high flow capacity of up to 1440 LPM ensures efficient handling of large volumes of sewage or sludge.

Robust, Long-Life Build:
The pump housing and impeller are made from heavy-duty cast iron, providing excellent wear resistance and corrosion protection in harsh wastewater environments. The motor is built from EN-GJL-250 cast iron for extra durability. A robust SIC/SIC shaft seal ensures dependable sealing performance, with integrated moisture sensors for added protection against leakage and seal wear.

Flexible Installation:
The SLV80.80 is designed for submerged installation to depths of up to 20 m and is supplied with standard DIN flanges (DN 80 inlet and outlet, PN 10) for easy connection to existing piping. It can be mounted on an auto-coupling guide rail system or used free-standing in pits and tanks.

Safe & Reliable Operation:
Rated for continuous use in ambient temperatures from 0 °C to 40 °C, the pump handles wastewater at pressures up to 6 bar. Its IP68 enclosure class and insulation class H deliver excellent motor protection for safe, long-term submerged operation. A 10 m heavy-duty power cable is included.

Optional Controls:
The SLV80.80 includes built-in moisture sensors for condition monitoring. An external control box can be added for full system monitoring and protection.
