Driven by a brushless PMS motor and Grundfos SMART Digital Dosing technology, the DDA-AR operates at full stroke length across its entire control range. This ensures excellent dosing accuracy, smooth chemical delivery, and reliable priming—even when handling viscous or degassing chemicals.

The AR control platform supports pulse input, analogue 0/4–20 mA control, batch dosing, timer functions, and fieldbus communication, making it ideal for PLC-, SCADA-, and flow-meter-controlled systems. A front-mounted graphical display with click-wheel navigation allows intuitive setup, monitoring, and diagnostics.

All variants supplied feature a PVDF dosing head, PTFE gaskets, and ceramic ball valves, providing excellent chemical resistance for aggressive treatment chemicals commonly used in water, wastewater, and industrial process applications. Integrated level control, external stop input, configurable output relays, and analogue output provide full system protection and feedback.

With flow capacities from 60 to 200 LPH, pressures up to 10 bar, and an IP65 / Type 4X enclosure, the Grundfos DDA-AR range delivers industrial-grade performance, flexibility, and long-term reliability.
