The Grundfos DDE (XL)-AR Smart Digital Diaphragm Dosing Pump is a versatile, digitally controlled dosing solution designed for applications requiring signal-based chemical dosing without the need for integrated flow measurement. Positioned between manual DDE-B models and advanced DDA-FCM pumps, the DDE-AR range offers pulse and analogue control in a compact, energy-efficient platform.

Built on Grundfos SMART Digital Dosing technology, the DDE-AR uses an internal stepper motor drive to operate at full stroke length across the entire control range. This ensures consistent dosing accuracy, reliable priming, and smooth chemical discharge—even when handling degassing liquids.

The AR control variant supports pulse input dosing and analogue 0/4–20 mA control, making it ideal for flow-proportional applications using water meters, PLCs, or basic SCADA systems. A front-mounted control panel with logarithmic adjustment knob allows simple switching between manual, pulse, and analogue operating modes, while status LEDs provide clear operating feedback.

All variants supplied feature a PVC dosing head, PTFE gaskets, and ceramic ball valves, providing excellent chemical resistance for common water treatment and industrial chemicals. With integrated level control, external stop input, configurable output relays, and an IP65 / Type 4X enclosure, the DDE (XL)-AR delivers reliable, automated dosing performance in a compact footprint.
