The Helix Hydro FF1 Series Angle Manual Screen Filters provide filtration for irrigation and water supply installations requiring a robust steel-bodied filter. Available in five sizes from 50mm to 200mm, the range covers nominal flows from 30 to 300m³/hr. Each model uses a mesh screen element, with filtration grades selected to suit the water source and downstream equipment.

The filter body is manufactured from epoxy-coated mild steel, with a stainless steel mesh element and a 90° inlet/outlet arrangement. Pressure-gauge connection points allow pressure monitoring across the filter, helping operators assess when cleaning is required. The 50mm model connects to threaded pipework, while the larger variants in your price list use flanged connections.

Manual servicing provides access to the screen for inspection and cleaning. When selecting and positioning the filter, consider water quality, required flow and the space needed to remove the element. Routine maintenance helps manage the accumulation of retained material and maintain water delivery through the system.
