Helix Hydro FF2 Series Inline Manual Screen Filters for Irrigation & Water Supply Systems

The Helix Hydro FF2 Series offers inline screen filtration for irrigation and water supply pipework. Five sizes span 50–200mm, with a threaded connection on the smallest model and flanged connections on larger units. This selection accommodates installations with different pipe sizes and flow requirements.

An epoxy-coated mild steel housing contains a stainless steel mesh element. Choose the screen grade to suit the particles being filtered and the requirements of downstream equipment; the FF2 size code alone does not identify the fitted mesh.

Manual maintenance suits systems where operators can inspect and clean filters routinely. Pressure gauge connection points help monitor pressure changes, while the large screen area supports filtration capacity. Allow suitable access around the housing for screen removal and servicing.
