The Filtaworx FWSA1 Series provides stainless steel screen filtration in a 90-degree configuration, with five flanged sizes from 100mm to 300mm. The angled inlet and outlet arrangement suits pipework requiring a change in direction through the filter. Model selection should account for operating flow, water quality and the filtration requirements of downstream equipment.

A 304 stainless steel body houses a 316 stainless steel screen. Standard screen apertures of 1.6mm or 2.4mm provide options for coarse filtration, with other apertures available on request. The operator starts cleaning using an external handle, allowing the screen to be cleaned while the filter remains online. Continued downstream flow helps reduce interruptions to watering schedules, while operation without external power simplifies installation.
