Helix Hydro Replacement Screen Elements for TPS Series Plastic Screen Filters

The Helix Hydro TPS Series provides replacement screen elements for compatible TP Series plastic Y filters. Four element sizes suit filter bodies from 20mm to 80mm, allowing a worn or damaged screen to be replaced while retaining the existing housing.

The TP range uses 304 stainless steel filtering screens, with interchangeable grades to suit different filtration requirements. Available options include 40, 80 and 120 mesh, identified by purple, green and red colour coding respectively.

Select the replacement element to match both your filter body and required mesh grade. TPS2025 elements fit the 20mm and 25mm models, TPS3240 elements fit the 32mm and 40mm models, while the 50mm and 80mm filters each use a dedicated element.
