The Helix Hydro TD Series Inline Disc Water Filters cover applications from smaller irrigation lines to larger water supply installations. The listed range includes 20mm, 25mm, 32mm, 40mm, 80mm and 100mm models, with nominal flows from 5 to 100m³/hr. Choose the model according to pipe size, flow requirements and the filtration grade required by downstream equipment.
Reinforced polypropylene construction and UV-resistant materials suit outdoor installations. The 20–40mm models provide 120 mesh filtration, while the 80mm and 100mm models offer either 80 or 120 mesh. Pressure ratings also vary: the smaller models are rated at 8 bar, and the larger models at 10 bar.
The housing opens for manual cleaning of the disc element. Allow access for maintenance when positioning the filter, and inspect it regularly as part of your irrigation servicing routine. Filter selection should account for water quality and acceptable pressure loss as well as connection size
