The Jobe Topaz Dual Level Differential Valve is specifically designed for water tanks filled by pressure system-controlled pumps. Offering an adjustable level differential from 50mm up to 2.5 metres, this valve helps minimise frequent starting and stopping of the pump, promoting smoother, more efficient operation. The Topaz Differential Valve mounts securely at the top of the tank, fitting easily through thin-walled tanks or threading into standard tank inlets.

As the tank water level drops, the weighted float descends along the cord until it reaches the bottom stop, immediately opening the valve for full flow. The valve continues to run as the tank refills, with the float rising until it reaches the upper stop, closing the valve and shutting off the water flow. Constructed for durability and reliable performance, the Topaz Differential Valve handles pressures from 15 to 150 PSI and achieves flow rates up to 250L/min at 530kPa. For optimal pump protection, the pump pressure switch should be set to turn off at least one bar above the pump’s running pressure.
