Plasson Monomatic Electrofusion Control Boxes (DN16-355)

Weld Smarter, Not Harder – No Barcode, No Temperature Compensation, No Guesswork

The Plasson Monomatic Electrofusion Control Box is a high-performance, operator-friendly solution for welding PE fittings from DN16 up to DN355. Designed to eliminate common sources of welding errors, the Monomatic delivers consistent, reliable welds without the need for barcode scanners or manual temperature compensation.

With a built-in single weld time for all fittings (from -10°C to +45°C), the Monomatic removes the need for operator judgment and complex adjustments, ensuring fast, efficient, and standardised welds every time. Whether you're working on PN16 water or high-pressure gas systems, this control box meets the most demanding technical standards and is approved under AS/NZS 4129.

FEATURES

  • Welds PE fittings from DN16 to DN355
  • Single weld time operation – no temperature compensation needed (within -10°C to +45°C)
  • No barcode scanning or operator input required – reduces errors and simplifies training
  • Compatible with PN16 water (1000 kPa) and PN10 water/gas systems
  • Fully compliant with AS/NZS 4129 and ApprovalMark International certified
  • Ideal for field welding – especially where ambient temperatures fluctuate
  • Eliminates the need for referencing temperature charts or complex QC documentation

WHY CHOOSE MONOMATIC

Where other electrofusion systems require precise ambient temperature readings, barcode scanning, and manual adjustments, the Plasson Monomatic makes the process seamless. This control box is designed for real-world conditions and helps crews stay productive, even on large-diameter PE pipe jobs — without compromising quality.

Important Note:
For temperatures exceeding 45°C (e.g., pipe exposed to direct sunlight), welding should be avoided unless adequate sun shielding is used. Always follow standard EF welding best practices to ensure joint integrity.
