The Kelco F29-S-MK3 is a fully programmable, heavy-duty digital paddle flow switch designed for advanced pump and process control in industrial, agricultural, and mining applications. Built with a corrosion-resistant thermoplastic body rated to 18 bar (261 psi), it features 10 built-in programmable timers, a 40A solid-state motor drive, and a dedicated 16A alarm relay.
Suitable for pipe sizes 25mm (1") and larger, the F29 MK3 supports both multi-voltage operation (220–240V AC or 18–25V AC/DC) and two remote inputs for integration with external sensors. Its detachable electrical housing allows quick servicing without disturbing the process connection, and the adjustable paddle can be trimmed to match specific flow conditions using Kelco’s Paddle Trimming Calculator.
Key programmable functions include start-up delay, run-on timer, cyclic running, batch control, dry-run auto-restart, anti-cycling, burst pipe detection, and leak detection, making it one of the most versatile flow switches available.
