The Puretec Hybrid-M1 is a compact all-in-one undersink filtration and ultraviolet disinfection system designed specifically for rainwater applications. Combining dual filtration stages with a powerful 14 W Radfire™ UV steriliser, the Hybrid-M1 provides safe, clear and great-tasting drinking water at up to 8 litres per minute. This makes it an ideal choice for small homes, cabins, studios and workplaces that rely on tank water and need reliable protection from bacteria, viruses, sediment and chemical contaminants.

Inside the compact frame, the Hybrid-M1 uses a pleated 5-micron sediment filter (PL051) to remove dirt, rust and particulate matter, followed by a carbon block stage (MC011-S) for taste, odour and chemical reduction. Water then passes through the integrated UV chamber, which uses the RL2 lamp and RQS2 quartz sleeve (shown clearly in the diagram and parts list) to eliminate harmful microorganisms without chemicals or added taste. With a slimline design, braided hoses and a straightforward installation layout, the Hybrid-M1 is plumber-friendly and fits neatly beneath most kitchen sinks.

Engineered for Australian and New Zealand rainwater conditions, the Hybrid-M1 runs on 220–240 V power and includes a long-life UV lamp rated for 12,000 hours (around 16 months of operation). With a 3-year system warranty and easy annual service using genuine Puretec cartridges, it is one of the most compact and reliable UV-enabled drinking water systems available for households using stored tank water.
