The Puretec Hybrid R2 Dual Stage Whole House UV Water Treatment System is a high-capacity, all-in-one filtration and ultraviolet disinfection solution designed for medium to large homes and applications requiring higher flow rates and longer cartridge life. This system filters sediment, chemicals including chlorine, and significantly improves taste and odour, while also being highly effective in eliminating bacteria and parasites in your water.

Compared to the Hybrid R1, the Hybrid R2 features larger, longer-life filter cartridges, making it ideal for properties with higher water demand or where reduced maintenance intervals are preferred. The dual-stage filtration removes dirt, rust, silt and chlorine before water passes through Puretec’s Radfire™ UV technology, which inactivates up to 99.99% of bacteria, including E. coli, Giardia and Cryptosporidium, using a chemical-free, eco-friendly process 

Designed for both mains and rainwater supply, the Hybrid R2 includes a reversible mounting bracket, allowing installation from left to right or right to left to suit site conditions. The system must be installed in a location protected from the weather. For outdoor installations, the Puretec Hybrid G Series is recommended
