The Rain Bird ESP-2WIRE Smart Irrigation Controller Package provides an advanced, connected and reliable irrigation control solution ideal for residential and light commercial applications. At the core of this package is the Rain Bird ESP-2WIRE controller, a rugged and intuitive decoder-style controller that runs multiple irrigation valves over a single two-wire path. When paired with the F55005 WiFi/Network Adapter Module, the controller becomes compatible with external networking equipment — allowing integration with the included Robustel R1510-4L industrial 4G router for remote access, alerts, and monitoring.

This setup provides a fully connected irrigation control solution without the complexity of traditional multi-core cabling. Installers simply add Rain Bird F55510 field decoders (sold separately) and run a single pair of 1mm² irrigation cable to operate multiple stations over long distances.

Designed for durability, simplicity and remote management, this package is ideal for premium residential gardens, rural properties, holiday homes, schools, lifestyle blocks and light commercial landscapes.

Cable Note:
A standard 1.0 mm² 2-core irrigation cable is suitable for decoder runs up to approximately 400 m total path length.
For longer distances, higher loads, or future expansion, we recommend upgrading to 1.5 mm² cable to ensure stable communication and reduce voltage loss.
