Using advanced non-contact radar technology with 1mm measurement resolution, the sensor provides dependable water level measurements and transmits scheduled readings through the Telstra NB-IoT cellular network. With a factory-installed SIM card and the first 12 months of connectivity included, the TankMate R3 LTE makes remote water monitoring simple and convenient.

Built for Australia's challenging environmental conditions, the TankMate R3 LTE features a robust IP68-rated polycarbonate enclosure, providing excellent protection against water and outdoor exposure. The sensor operates on three replaceable AA lithium batteries, removing the need for external power supplies, electrical wiring or solar power systems. Offering up to three years of typical battery life, the R3 LTE is particularly suited to monitoring farm storage tanks, livestock watering systems, bore-fed tanks and isolated water storage installations where routine inspections may be difficult or time-consuming.

Through the TankMate mobile app, users can remotely view their tank's water level, monitor consumption trends and receive notifications for low levels, high levels or abnormal water usage. The LTE model includes access to Premium app features and cellular connectivity for the first 12 months, with an annual subscription required thereafter.
